Sapphire Mamra Almond Diamond, 250g

Mamra Almonds are known for their exceptionally long size and delightful sweetness. Mamra Diamond green is smaller than Mamra Ruby. Mamra almonds are a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals and high in fibre. It is much lower in calories and higher in protein than regular almonds. There are more calcium, potassium, zinc and magnesium in Mamra Badam compared to other almond varieties, with less saturated fat.
